In winter, America South Poles Station, temperature sometimes fall below -100 degrees Farenheit. In august 1960, the temperature until -127 degrees Farenheit. Because of the climate is very different, the land animals and the plants also different.In the Antartica, there are very few plants such as mosses,lichens and algae,and then, there are populate of penguins in there. Arctic have many kinds of plants and the land animal in there such as foxes,bears,reindeer, and lemmings. Antartica also have great feature, it is called Ice. More than 4,5 million square miles of ice. Because of that, there is glaciers (great river of ice). If the great volume of ice were to melt,the volume of the world oceans would increase.

The number of population in the world is growing more and more. One of the factor which cause it,it is birth rates. Because birth rates is a problem of government which no easy to soluble.Many people don't consider that the increase of birth rates become exploison of population. We should realize the problem cause by birth rates. Because of that, we have three ways for minimizing birth rates, they are initiating to family planning program, postponed married for young people,and give education about birth rates to villager.

The first way to minimizing birth rates is incited family planning nprogram. The purpose of this program to control birth rates in a family. Government have prepared many kinds of medicine to make this program successful. Government also give intruction that a family must have the most of two children.

Then, the second way to minimizing birth rates is postponed married for young people. Many young people decide married in adolescence because they think married make their life is happy. On the contrary they will have many problem with their decide. Government have a law that the ladies can married in seventhteen up years old and for male, in twenty up years old. This law should to do because it can minimizing the problem in a family.

The last wat minimizing birth rates is give education about birth rates to villager. Because the villager usually think that “ Many children can make parents have much money”. In the fact, many family cannot spend their money to send all their children to school,whereas they want to their children successful, it's impossible. So, we think education about birth rates is important to villager.

Carbon monoxide is a product of tobacco smoke that has been found to boost cholesterol, levels of white blood cells and other risk factors for heart diseases. The gas can also impair the blood’s ability to transport oxygen throughout the body, which may raise the risk of heart attack. Then, stroke is obstruction blood vessel in brain. Stroke have relationship with smoking. The risk of stroke and risk of death to smoker more increase than people which no smoking. Beside of that, smoking also cause change the structure and function bronchitis and lungs. In, bronchitis occur constriction cause increase cell in there.
